The session was engaging and full of fun from start to finish. The trainer was incredibly knowledgeable and dynamic, sharing real-life experiences and practical scenarios that made the learning feel real and relevant. Overall, it was an excellent training experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to build or refresh their first aid skills.
Grace was a wonderful teacher who was clear, concise and used language that really painted a picture during training. I dread going to first aid/CPR courses due to the acting/scenarios but Grace made it really comfortable and easy to do without feeling judged or overwhelmed/embaressed. The company also price matched another and discounted by 10%, so I had an absolute steal for the amount of courses I did and in which a fast paced setting. I will do this course again easily.
